  • I am just loving Herman Cain; then again, I liked Alan Keyes.  Cain is probably a more palatable version of Keyes.  Very down to earth and into overhauling all the crap like the tax code.

  • What kills me here in Las Vegas is an ad that runs on tv about reducing mortgages. There are 2 different scenarios presented, and one talks about how going to this lawyer "saved" them around 140K on their principle.

  • My co-worker's husband was driving this big heavy older wagon and was t-boned by an illegal w/o a license. He suffered head trauma and pretty much got nothing for it. A crime, not an accident. Past ridiculous is putting it nicely!

  • If this bill is used as a "probable cause" reason to investigate further (like when a person is stopped for a broken tail light and drugs are found), then it serves a good purpose. One would hope that there are enough checks and balances already built in to keep it from being abused.

  • PleaseNoBama, good post. We bought last year; fell in love with the first home for sale that we saw (4 doors down from what we ended up buying, because..) - put in a bid, a strong down payment, etc.
